Any earlier sign placement will be the stronger character trait in a person than the later sign.
So if I have a libra moon and cap sun, the libra comes out more. And then if I have a Virgo mars that comes out even more. Then Taurus Lilith. So any Aries will come out the strongest whereas the pisces will still show up but not as prevalent
