They give the icons/emojis and IMO, in synastry, if you have at least (loving + passion) - (emotional pain) = 2 or more, then you can seriously date long term. Any less and it’s going to be brief or not at all.
Also your “easy” number must be at least 7 more than “conflict” (with the exact numbers being at least 3) and the higher the better and more along lasting possible.
Above honestly applies to all forms of personal connections: home, friends, family, relationships. I’m not sure about work, probably the “easy” versus “conflict” part matters only.
